1. Thanks again for your report. I was alarmed to see you on oxygen. Since it can’t hurt, take a good quality vitamin C tablet morning, noon, and night with water and after food. In a couple of weeks, I expect your lungs would heal enough to let you get by without the Oxygen supply.

   Remember, ALL our body’s cells get replaced on a regular basis. Some in our eyes get replaced in a day or two. The bones in 5-6 months. Dr. Tennant of Texas says ALL chronic disease is due to inadequate cell replacement. The Vitamin C complex is necessary for adequate cell replacement which you have and are not getting.

   Your next stage is the grave unless you improve your nutrition so your body can make cells.

2. Three alternate treatments that are not that common. Colidial Silver in a nebulizer and nasal spray,, , best is homemade silver, the store bought is too dilute. Also povidone iodine and food grade hydrogen peroxide, i siggest very diluted concentration in nasal spray. All of these work directly at the source incubating infection in nose and sinuses. The iodine and peroxide are a bit harsh in the nebulizer in lungs. The silver has zero harshness in lungs and will reduce illness time quite a bit. Can use the silver in nebulizer as much as you like. These treatments work for most any kind of infection.

   In general doing a great job. Main criticism i have that for the long term positive future. Must concentrate some effort for real good constitutional rights globally, new systems of non centralized control over society and new forms of direct political power for the people. IE supporting democracy design reform movements globally.

   A single example,, the cell phone will be used for dictatorship control or for direct democracy. There will be likely little inbetween the two opposite options in the farther out future. The reality of this will be a very hard lesson.

3. Mr Prather: “You’ve slowed your pace down…”? Haha–I don’t think you’ve slowed down! Not in today’s report. I appreciate your fast talk–it keeps me awake. As for the efforts to vet who is on the Team–this is an ongoing task for me and close allies. I feel that it’s necessary to leave the state I am currently living in–no need to discuss swamp rats and so forth. The 5th generational war involves the towers as we know–and btw–I’d appreciate more intel on alternatives to the smart/dumb fones–other than SAT phones(which are expensive in a relative way). As of Feb–my cell provider has notified me that my older iPhone(which doesn’t have the advanced tracking the new models do)will no longer work Alla ruse to get me to spend more money. As for starvation scenarios–what are people doing re: creating off-grid food co-ops? I joined Team Amer months ago. Have yet to find a local group, however.
