So Mike Adam’s claim is there is disclosure in regards to weather manipulation tech on the NOAA.gov website, but I looked initially I have not found this, there could be a number of reasons for this. I can spend some more time looking and trying different searches, but I have failed to come up with a search result of such disclosures. Now I am not an idiot, I know the gap between what the general public knowelege including doctors and lawyers whom are soon to be replaced via AI programs. I know what is actually viable, and the levels of compartmentalized technology that event has those working on such projects not fully aware of what they are working on. Closed programs like HARRP are rebranded, and turned more covert. Basically saying it probable and possible especially since you have traitors like Alejandro Mayorkas, however this would fall under DOD, and I am suspecting that Mayorkas is a yes man with little say on issues, just like the current state of the executive branch in general.
Ok I found this, but it only a three year window, I suspect the DOD exempts itself, this is more for the plebeian class. It goes back to the early 70’s, but it a three year maintenance requirement. This is what congress can do is require permanent records maintained at the National Archives.

So this goes a bit deeper, but his point about how you search has merit. Searching aresal injection vs chem trails will give you very different results. I guess Antarctic is now a military target from this guys claim, but it very on point with the weather, and now earth quake generation technology.
