The way I figure it, Mr. Prather is more advanced. If you want basics which gives you some constitutional guidance I would suggest registering for one of these, then move onto Prather trainings. It just good to have some baselines:

Also second comment, this is either a precursor to more zoonosis nonsense from the press trying to connect leprosy, or leakage from their operational illegal labs at work, or could be something of concern, it vary difficult to trust the science, trust the funding should be the motto. However I have to give some good news academia did call out the study of zoonosis Fauci cited for covid zoonosis as peer reviewed fraud, so there is some light to the darkness.
