  2. FBI: Federal Bidirectional Interference

    Evidence:

    1. Kennedy assignation, scrubbing the limo, and placing this in the Smithsonian, hiding in plain site.
    2. Non transparent basic premise of non impeding information: Such as bullet count, calibers.
    3. Congress can remedy the agency via requiring independent collection teams to collaborate with FBI investigations going forward such as witnesses, sworn affidavits via , unfortunately to gain any credibility this agency needs a lot of help, and hand holding.
