4. My current school of thought is to replace the House with an Athenian Democracy model that includes woman. Keep the Senate as the same US/Roman Republic model, as well as Executive. As far as Judges, maybe the nation is heading for a Judge Dread model, and that what gonna clean the corruption, I do not know, it really the wild West with those that respect the constitution vs those throwing it in the garbage. Next month I am learning to step over the bar as a self representative, after that I learn the jurisdictional differences between the Land and the Sea or staying on one side of the bar vs anther. A lot has been lost over the decades, but that knowledge and legal know how is being revised.    1. For whatever its worth , good luck on your adventure of “stepping over the bar as a self representative. I have been through all aspects of that for a long time. First your stepping into a court that is really a military court in form. Second they despise those who do this and will not play fair, or be honorable toward your effort. Third. Answering or any use of their processes , including showing up in their courts, having a SS #, use of zip codes, voting registration. and more moves you back into their jurisdiction and they will proceed against you without you being informed where or how this is determined. They will call your documents , evidence and all as frivolous and they dont go by them. They will likely ignore any mention of the Constitution, of Bill of Rights that you may use , because they dont use the original Constitution , only the corporate replacement of 1871. In short they usually slam dunk such self representation in the lower courts and leave you to appeal your way up the ladder and exhaust your efforts, time , money and patience.
