Maybe with some practice one day if a person cells are altered that said person can will through mind send instructions to said cells to break down then instruct to mutate into repair cells to reverse damage of first original destructive gene sequence and info the damage of the destructive vacc. A search shows that a 3.9 earthquake is equivalent to 10 tons of TNT. A 10KT nuc would create a 5.9 earthquake. I think the VT got the story wrong. Plus there is video of the explosion. The Navy wouldn’t release a video of a violation of testing treaty.
