This story reminded me of events on the Cambodian border in RVN in 69. I cried like a baby for this mans spirit and honor as a warrior. I have seen this first hand and know what it looks like and feels like for realsies ! I will never forget Sgt Johnson of the 25th Infantry. The bravest man I have ever known who happened to be a black man and my drill Sgt at FT Polk 1967/68. We met again in war zone D in late 68 and 69 on the Cambodian border. He was killed on his 5th tour in 71 and I read about it in Newsweek. I cried for a week.

Enlisted guy in the Air Force is virtually impossible to justify an MOH but what Chapman did they don’t have a medal for, so the MOH could not be denied! Seems like the objective was to recover personnel but they left another? Retired PJ

The Constitution In Regards To Decertifying A Fraudulent Election:
State Legislatures have plenary, or absolute authority to recall electors.
The role of the State legislators, of course, the founding fathers wanted to put the control of elections as close to the people as possible. And so they set the rules, basically, to allow the State Legislatures to pick the times, places, manners, and to regulate elections generally. But when it comes to the situation regarding the electors of the presidential choices of the Electoral College, The Constitution gives the States what is called Plenary Power. It is one of the very few grants of Plenary Power within the Constitution and by that means the State Legislatures have the authority by themselves without the participation of either the executive or the or the judiciary to, in fact, set the standards for choosing electors. It’s in Article two, section one, and actually, it’s easiest if you just read it directly because it says “each State shall appoint in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct a number of electors equal to the whole number of senators and representatives to which the state may be entitled in Congress.”
If election laws were broken and fraud committed this election was unconstitutional, the Arizona et al State Senates can make referrals to the U.S Attorney and Arizona et al Attorney Generals to make the necessary prosecutions. If this election is proven to be fraudulent, the Arizona et al Legislatures will need to recognize this and proceed to decertify the election through a joint resolution in both the State House and State Senate. State Legislatures have plenary, or absolute authority to recall electors. This is the case for all States in the union. Arizona will set the precedent.
Then QUO WARRANTO will be initiated thereby vacating Biden/Harris from office placing Donald John Trump as President. And also removing and replacing down-ticket Federal Senate Seats especially two from Georgia and one from Arizona. It only takes one State, in this precedent, Arizona to begin righting the horrific wrong committed by the democrat cabal of criminals. America cannot survive such evil. Tolerance is approval, ignorance is complicity. KEEP AMERICA GREAT STOP THE STEAL SAVE AMERICA!!!
