1. Lots to unpack here, as in grain of salt/open mind stuff. So from his perspective (video) Blue beam is the Hail Mary card of the intel community, AKA Bill Gates/Clinton types, CCP/Rothchildren types, ect. ect. if other measures fail, but he is equating angels/demons, aliens ect to a transdimentionals equation as well, and the form varies based on application or intention.

   It already a given the scientific institutions out there are bought and paid for, WHO can trust the science of WHO? Interestingly put he claims science has been a dumb down activity as well, perhaps anther form of inner technology vs outer. Just an observation, but I did watched the smart Berkley kids in a class, and from a quick limited auditing a class, yes technology has made them more dependent and less thoughtful from my perspective. Anyhow just wanted to share this as there maybe something in here useful, I leave that for you to decide, but to me this transdemetional stuff is a dark energy that deepstaters rely on vs a positive energy that throws a wrench in agenda, maybe it does boil down (the old bunson burner) cyclical forms, he does provide a useful list of cities where UN sponsored terror cells may partake in more deepstater terror enough said there, for your listening grains of salt open mind pleasure, but he agrees neighboring up is a good idea:
